Don't let the Umlaut fool you: interdisciplinary techno artist Zemög hails from Colombia, having developed a sound that is rather tribal than Teutonic. Besides exploring modular synthesis, Jose Gómez Ríos has been DJing since 2012 in his hometown of Pereira, where he also co-founded the collective Matteria to host electronic music events. Furthermore, he founded Tepuy Records in 2022, and the following year released his debut full-length album Daxita on Argentine label Danza Nativa. Joining him tonight are two DJs visiting from Japan: OCCA from Hokkaido and YSK from Kyushu will play a back-to-back set.
