Jing is a Berlin-based Taiwanese producer and DJ who has released three strong EPs on Steve Bicknell's 6dimensions label. She writes poems and science fiction short stories, which she often incorporates into her tracks that oscillate between abstract ambient and concrete acid techno; performed in a genderless, alienated voice. A retro-futuristic film-noir vibe that also easily applies to our second live act at today's Hangout: Alessandro Adriani, DJ, producer and head of the Mannequin Records label, specialised in 80s synth wave, industrial techno, electro and EBM.
