Klubgarten

Ariana Paoletti aka Volvox got her start in the American techno underground at Man Ray nightclub, an institution of Boston's goth-gay-fetish-industrial scene, where she worked as a promoter. Some years on and Paoletti has not only made a name for herself with her Unter parties in Brooklyn, New York: a certain darkness and roughness has remained inherent with her sound. With razor-sharp precision, she blends gritty acid, techno and electro tunes that betray a keen understanding of the dynamics of the queer dancefloor. This specifically U.S. subculture attitude is, of course, no stranger to her DJ partners Matrixxman and Phase Fatale – together with our resident Efdemin they play in our Klubgarten.
