Ivo Dimchev is back to Kantine after the success last year with his new live project Ivo Dimchev & band.

During the pandemic Ivo wrote a lot of food, alcohol and sex related original folk songs in Bulgarian. He simply wanted to cheer up his audience and himself in those dark pandemic and post pandemic times. Some of those songs are Banitsa, Vodka, Pushkin, Skembe Corba, Halal, Pheromones and many others. Ivo Dimchev Band is focused mainly on this repertoire of Ivo but also some of his classics and heart-warming ballads in English.

Ivo Dimchev is a category-blurring Bulgarian queer artist and singer-songwriter. In his concert performance, Dimchev makes heaven and hell collide, again and again, with his mesmerizing voice and darkly profound, transgressive take on human frailties.
