Carlos Andrés Gómez ist ein preisgekrönter Schauspieler, Theaterautor und Poet aus New York City. Als Filmstar spielte er in Hollywood Hauptrollen in HBOs „Def Poetry“ und Spike Lees Blockbuster „Inside Man“ an der Seite von Denzel Washington und Jodie Foster. Er wurde 2009 Artist of the Year beim 2009 Promoting Outstanding Writers Awards und war in den USA zweimal offizieller Poetry Slam Champion.
